We are looking for a On Call Care Manager to join our team, we have a fantastic Domiciliary Care team.

-Are you available to work a mixture of mornings 7am-3pm and evenings 4pm-10.30pm?
-Assist with starting new rounds/taking on new clients
-Assist with the on-call every other week
-Drive in all weathers
-Training and supervising other carers (to include spot checks and shadowing)
-Acting as a standby to cover care calls when needed e.g., sickness
-Care plan reviews
-Daily task review
-Medication reviews
-Opportunity to progress within the management team
What we require:
-Care experience essential (you must have at least 2 years care experience working within a domiciliary care team)
-Professional
-Well presented
-You must know how to work on your own initiative
-Good administration skills will be needed as a part of this role is working in the office applying for references, writing up care plans etc
-Available for the shift patterns above
-Excellent communication skills- both verbally and written
-Driver essential
-Excellent command of English
