The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and committed PMLD Teacher to join a specialist provision in SE24 from January 2026. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with PMLD.
- Use sensory and therapeutic approaches to support learning and regulation.
- Work closely with therapists, support staff, and families to meet EHCP targets.
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor progress and contribute to multi-agency reviews.
Were Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) ideally required.
- Experience teaching pupils with PMLD, SLD, or complex SEND.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, behaviour management, and inclusive strategies.
- Empathy, resilience, and commitment to supporting vulnerable learners.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
