We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who is well spoken, vibrant and engaging. You will have the motivation to sell consultatively offering solutions for your client base, building rapport and long-term relationships. You will be working for a family run business that has grown exponentially in recent years. You will be the first point of contact speaking with warm leads only generated mainly through online traffic. This is a rewarding role as there is little to no cold calling and will deal clients who will be very interested in your product as this will be life changing for themÂ
New Business Executive What You’ll Be Doing:                                                                   Â
- Develop warm leads from existing and new clients—to upsell to existing clients, re-engage lapsed accounts, promote their and services and explain to clients the advantages of their service.
- Building strong customer relationships and understanding client needs
- Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
- Promote all contact points, ensuring low customer fluctuation
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Ensure customer data is kept up to date and accurate

Daily Tasks
- Calling Warm Sales leads to engage in customer interaction/ selling
- Contacting existing customers to explain the advantages of buying their company’s products, following a journey to make a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day.
- Maintain a successful territory by reactivating non-buying accounts and ensuring existing customers do not fluctuate
- Promote all contact points, ensuring low customer fluctuation
- Actively sell new articles in every call to extend product range
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts
- Ensure customer data is kept up to date and accurate
