Are you ready to make a difference in the public sector? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our vibrant team! In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic interface between Human Resources (HR), organisational Development (OD), and your assigned directorate. Your expertise will be essential in partnering with leaders, stakeholders, and HR and OD colleagues to provide top-tier HR support.
Key Details:
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Daily Rate: 223 per day PAYE or 298 per day Umbrella
- Inside IR35
- Hybrid working
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with leaders and key stakeholders to develop and implement forward-thinking people strategies and solutions.
- Coaching & Support: Provide high-level coaching and HR support, empowering leaders to navigate complexities and enhance team dynamics.
- Influence & Challenge: Influence positive change by effectively challenging existing behaviours and ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations: Bring your solid employee relations experience to manage complex cases, including those at the Employment Tribunal level.
- organisational Change: Navigate through organisational change with ease, managing conflicting priorities and addressing challenges head-on.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience: Proven track record in employee relations, ideally within local government or housing sectors.
- Skills: Exceptional skills in HR support, coaching, influencing, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Resilience: Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and engage with senior managers to achieve desired outcomes.
