We have a great opportunity coming up for a chef to work on an adhoc basis and Global leading brand in their Head Office Staff Restaurant based in Croydon.
The shifts you will be required to work will be Monday - Friday 7am - 2.30pm. Mostly the requirement will be to cover holidays of the permanent chef although their maybe other adhoc requirements.
The first shift will be Tue 22nd April and will require a short handover this week to meet the catering manager and get a feel of the catering function there.
All food is cooked from fresh and menus vary from week to week. You will collaborate with the catering manager in the menu planning and will have input with this.
Cooking Breakfast and lunch for up to 100 covers (although numbers vary due to occupancy in the head office)
You must be up to date with recent Food Safety Hygiene
You will also be required to assist with ensuring the Kitchen in clean and ensuring it is ready for service the following day along with the Kitchen porter and Catering Assistants
