Chef de Partie (or a 2nd Sous) (live in may be available) required for our client, a restaurant with wedding / function / events space, opening this month in the Croydon area.
As Chef de Partie the ideal candidate for this role will have previous restaurant and banqueting experience. You will have a passion and enthusiasm in your work. This role will require that you work week-ends. Monday and Tuesday the restaurant is closed.
The role of Chef de Partie will require you to assist the Head Chef with the smooth delivery of service to maintain standards and reputation. This is a hands-on role using fresh produce and requires good kitchen management to include health and safety / cost control etc.
The salary for this opportunity of Chef de Partie (or a 2nd Sous), is given as competitive - basic plus a share of tips.
