Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Lead and motivate a team during busy service
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
Contribute to menu development and creative specials

Experience as a Sous or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
