Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team. This is a full-time permanent role with a negotiable salary and performance-related bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care serviceEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsRecruit, manage a team of care staffConduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary training and supportDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionalsCreate and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each clientMonitor and review the quality of care provided, making improvements where necessaryManage and maintain accurate records and documentationHandle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerWork closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the serviceRequirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care settingNVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalentStrong knowledge of CQC regulations and standardsExcellent leadership and management skillsAbility to work under pressure and make effective decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in developing and implementing care plansProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareBenefits:
