Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Croydon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team. This is a full-time permanent role with a negotiable salary and performance-related bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Recruit, manage a team of care staff
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide necessary training and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Create and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each client
  • Monitor and review the quality of care provided, making improvements where necessary
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the service
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing care plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
