About the Role:Engage Education is proud to be working with a nurturing and supportive nursery in Croydon that places a strong emphasis on staff development and wellbeing. We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

With over a decade of experience in recruiting teaching and nursery assistants, we understand the importance of matching the right person with the right setting. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a genuine difference in early years education, in a setting that truly values its staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting small groups of children with activities and learning

• Providing one-to-one support where required

• Assisting with interventions and early development goals

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for young learners

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with nursery-aged children or in an early years setting

• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Support Work in Schools
