An independent property consultancy in South London is looking to grow their team with the addition of a Building Surveyor. You will work across the commercial, industrial and private residential sectors.
The collaborative and dynamic organisation boast over 60 construction professionals across multiple offices. We are looking for a building surveyor to compliment the division assisting with a range of projects and professional services.
The role is to support a Senior Building Surveyor with several multi-million pound schemes across South London and the surrounding home counties. Each day will not be the same, you will be tasked with liaising with important stakeholders and providing accurate advice.
This is a great opportunity for a building surveyor who is looking to be exposed to the full spectrum of the discipline and become a well-rounded professional.

Building Surveyor
- BSc in Building Surveying
- Started APC process or working towards this
- Minimum 18 months in similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated
- Full UK drivers licence
