I am currently in need of Site, Project & Contract Managers who have specifically worked within the dry lining and fit out sectors specifically for a dry lining subcontractor to help run and manage multiple projects they currently have within London and the home counties on commercial, education and residential projects
The Candidate - must be capable of delivering project standalone reporting into a visiting Contract Director and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary & package and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
