Job Title: Fire Door Joiner (X2)

Location: South London

Rate: 26 - 28 per hour

Start: Wednesday 10/12/25

Role Overview:

The Fire Door Joiners will undertake carpentry work to repair, replace, and remediate fire doors. The role involves ensuring all installations meet required fire safety standards, completing works efficiently, and delivering accurate, compliant workmanship as part of the night team.

Key Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Basic DBS
• UKATA Asbestos Certificate
• Experience in Fire Door Joinery

Responsibilities:

• Carry out fire door remedial works to required standards
• Repair, adjust, and refit fire doors, frames, ironmongery, and seals
• Identify defects and ensure doors meet fire safety compliance
• Read and follow door schedules, drawings, and RAMS
• Work in line with building regs and fire door safety guidelines
• Maintain safe, tidy work areas and follow site H&S procedures
• Record completed works for QA, photos, and sign-off
