Teaching Assistant (TA) - 1:1 Support - Primary, Secondary & SEND - Croydon£90-£95 per day | Flexible supply | September start
We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support pupils on a 1:1 basis across primary schools, secondary schools and specialist SEND provisions in Croydon.
This is a great opportunity for a Teaching Assistant, SEN TA, Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Classroom Support Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in children's education.
The Role:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs

Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff

Support children's learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Adapt learning resources to ensure progress and inclusion
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant / TA / LSA (school or care background)

Understanding of SEND or willingness to learn

Patient, caring and adaptable approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
