The Role:Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join their established team, supporting the servicing of existing SME to mid-market clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a supportive, forward-thinking brokerage that values client relationships and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and renew, process MTA's for an existing portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients.
  • Handle a wide range of commercial risks including Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Motor, Management Liability, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, etc.
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service.
  • Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and coverage.
  • Ensure all documentation and systems are up to date and compliant with FCA regulations.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing portfolio.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance handling, working within a Brokerage or Company.
  • Strong understanding of various Commercial lines and Insurer markets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and client service orientation.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Cert CII qualification desirable (or working towards)
