The Role:Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join their established team, supporting the servicing of existing SME to mid-market clients. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and renew, process MTA's for an existing portfolio of Commercial Insurance clients.
Handle a wide range of commercial risks including Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Motor, Management Liability, Professional Indemnity, Cyber, etc.
Build strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service.
Liaise with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms and coverage.
Ensure all documentation and systems are up to date and compliant with FCA regulations.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing portfolio.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance handling, working within a Brokerage or Company.
Strong understanding of various Commercial lines and Insurer markets.
Exceptional attention to detail and client service orientation.
Confident communicator with the ability to manage client expectations.
Cert CII qualification desirable (or working towards)
