Flexographic Print Operator – Labels

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: On-site (UK)

We’re working with a well-established and growing label manufacturing business that supplies high-quality printed products to a wide range of customers. Known for investing in modern equipment and valuing skilled operators, this company offers long-term stability, structured shift patterns, and a supportive production environment.

They are now looking to add an experienced Flexographic Print Operator to their production team.

Working Hours

35 hours per week on a rotating double day shift pattern:

Week 1 – Early Shift

  • Monday to Thursday: 5:50am – 1:25pm

  • Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Week 2 – Late Shift

  • Monday to Thursday: 1:25pm – 9:00pm

  • Friday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm

(Some overtime may be required during busy periods.)

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and maintaining flexographic label printing machines

  • Setting up and making ready print jobs (plates, inks, anilox rolls, etc.)

  • Ensuring colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency

  • Monitoring machine performance and carrying out basic troubleshooting

  • Completing quality checks throughout production

  • Maintaining clean, safe, and organised working practices

  • Working closely with production and management teams to meet deadlines

About You
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

  • Good understanding of machinery operation and manufacturing processes

  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset

  • Comfortable working to production targets in a team environment

  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to work overtime when needed

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
