The Role – Behaviour Mentor

We’re seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist SEMH school in Southwark. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to students aged 11–19 with SEMH and ASD, helping them to manage challenges, build confidence, and achieve their personal and academic goals.

The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting young people to reach their full potential. As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll have at least one year of experience working in an educational or youth setting, with the ability to build trusting, positive relationships and encourage progress through consistency and understanding.
