I'm working with a key client of mine, a leading residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Facade/External Envelope Manager for their major residential scheme based in South London.
As an Facade Manager, you will be responsible for managing the facades of a block of RC frame apartments, managing Brickwork, Scaffolding, Metsec, SFS, Roofing, Windows and Balcony installation works. You will be responsible for managing the safety installation of these facades works, writing RAMS, managing sub-contractors on site and reporting into the Project Manager on site. The ideal candidate must have worked for a leading Main Contractors/Developer here.
