Planning Manager EMEA - Manufacturing | Salary £55-65k + excellent benefits and career opportunities | Hybrid working with a requirement to work 2-3 days per week on-site in Croydon.
Our client is a fast growing, global manufacturing business. As part of their exciting growth journey, they are looking for an experienced EMEA Planning Manager to lead the Planning function and help shape the next stage of success.

Planning Manager - The Role:
You’ll lead the EMEA Planning team, ensuring manufacturing and inventory plans deliver on-time, in-full performance to customers while optimising efficiency and cost. You’ll be central to how the company run and evolve their planning processes — balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA Planning team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
- Manage and optimise inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Take ownership of the supply plan for the company’s high-value product range, including third-party suppliers.
- Enhance planning capability through improved systems, processes, and data insights.
- Lead the supply step of the company’s global S&OP process.
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Champion the effective use and development of the ERP system.
About You:
You’ll be a proactive, commercially aware Planning Manager who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and building strong cross-functional relationships.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Planning Manager capacity within manufacturing.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong ERP and S&OP expertise.
- A track record of driving continuous improvement within supply chain or planning.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
