We're hiring a Revit MEP Coordinatorto join a leading BIM consultancy on a permanent, hybrid basis (4 days a week in their Croydon office).
This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting variety of stage 5 construction projects, across a range of sectors.
Responsibilities:
-Integrate accurate MEP services into the BIM model.
-Create and update Revit MEP drawings per project and industry standards.
-Perform clash detection and resolve MEP issues in Revit.
-Complete and communicate project documentation on time.
-Assist in preparing technical documents like specs, schedules, and reports.
What we’re looking for:
-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator.
-Strong knowledge of MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
-Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
-Solid understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
-Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
