We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order Processor to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring full compliance with contract terms.
  • Manage order entry in Salesforce, confirming pricing, order quantities, and contract specifics.
  • Send order confirmations and maintain clear communication with customers.
  • Update and track sales forecasts in Salesforce as new orders are received.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries related to orders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Experience in sales administration or order processing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system (ideal).
  • A keen eye for detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to customer emails.
