We are currently seeking a Special Educational Needs Coordinator to join a highly supportive SEN school in Croydon, offering both Primary and Secondary placements depending on your experience and preference. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong background in education and training to lead and inspire SEN provision.

As a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils with complex needs, managing EHCPs, liaising with external professionals, and ensuring high-quality interventions across the school. You'll be part of a committed team in Croydon, where inclusive education and training are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage SEN provision across either the Primary or Secondary phase

Coordinate with teaching and support staff to deliver targeted interventions

Ensure compliance with statutory SEND requirements and maintain accurate documentation

Liaise with external agencies and families to support student progress

Lead on the creation and implementation of EHCPs and IEPs

Requirements:
QTS, PGCE, or equivalent

Previous teaching experience
