Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Differentiate teaching strategies to support pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor progress and contribute to Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching in SEN settings
Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations
