Principal Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Croydon and nearby areas. This is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced classroom/youth workers looking for flexible work and consistent opportunities.

The Role

• Supervise whole classes in the teacher’s absence

• Deliver pre-prepared work (no planning or marking required)

• Maintain a calm, focused learning environment

• Follow school behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures

• Report any concerns to the appropriate staff

What You’ll Need

• Right to work in the UK

• Confident classroom presence and behaviour management

• Reliable, adaptable, professional under pressure

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
