About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant, fast-paced restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

You'll work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to ensure smooth service, excellent standards, and a motivated, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintain brand standards

  • Manage and inspire a team of 10+ staff

  • Support stock control, gross profit margins, and rota planning

  • Lead service with a strong attention to detail

  • Contribute new ideas to improve service and operations

  • Ensure training, development, and progression of the team

  • Uphold high standards in health & safety and food hygiene
