100-120 per day (depending on experience)

We're currently recruiting for experienced and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistants to join a variety of vibrant and inclusive schools across North London. These schools are committed to providing a nurturing environment where every child has the opportunity to thrive-academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role:
As a SEND TA, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD)
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to tailor learning activities
Help manage behaviour and promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Support pupils with personal care, emotional regulation, and communication, where required
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND (in schools, care settings, or similar)
A calm, patient, and empathetic nature
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
Desirable but not essential:
Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, Teaching Assistant Diploma, or SEN-specific training)
Team Teach, Makaton, PECS, or other specialist training
