A leading logistics business are searching for a 1st Line IT Support Assistant to join their head office.
Hours: Monday - Friday (office based) 8:45am - 5pm
Responsibilities:
Within this role you will be responsible for managing the day to day IT operations including, monitoring the cloud base servers, programs and applications and Desk top / PC hardware issues and failures.
- Provide 1st Line support to all staff
- Provide 1st line support including trouble shooting, hardware issues and failures
- Managing user positions, creating accounts, changing passwords
- Diagnosing hardware, software and PC issues
- Investigating issues and escalating to the 2nd and 3rd line support company
- Support staff that are working in other offices remotely
- Working closely with the external IT support team
Experience:
- Experience in an IT support role
- Software troubleshooting
- Office 365
Voip Phone systems, Active Directory are an added bonus
