We are recruiting for a global Insurance company leader, for a Complex A&H (Personal Accident) Claims Adjuster to join their Croydon based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you'll be handling and investigating a portfolio of complex Personal Accident claims, interpreting policy wordings with precision, and ensuring fair and customer-focused outcomes — all while working within a supportive, collaborative office environment.

Previous Accident & Health or Personal Accident or Travel or Injury claims experience
Strong understanding of policy language and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven ability to manage time, multi-task, and spot fraudulent activity
