Working for a reputable and stable engineering company that are making a sustainable impact on the environment. The business are currently looking to recruit for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to bolster their current engineering team.
**Responsibilities**
  • Responsible for carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operation of the ERF plant.

  • Conduct plant inspections and area safety inspections.

  • Use initiative and be pro-active and creative in problem solving.

  • Carry out fault diagnosis and rectify as required.

  • Assist with supervision of contractors, working alongside other functions as necessary.

  • Ensure maintenance targets and plans are achieved safely, economically and within the environmental limits of the plant.

**Requirements**
  • Must have a Mechanical Maintenance background
  • Previous experience using a CMMS is desirable
  • Heavy engineering, power station, oil and gas, anaerobic digestion, forces and manufacturing backgrounds considered
**Hours**
  • Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
