We are seeking a Quality Management Systems Coordinator with a strong background in ISO standards and Quality Management Systems. This role involves providing crucial support to the Chief Risk Officer and Head of IMS, assisting with the management of multiple ISO standards, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Quality & Risk Team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Risk Officer and Head of IMS.
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of multiple ISO standards in the UK.
  • Support the Quality & Risk Team with internal audit preparation and delivery.
  • Produce and maintain ISO-related data within Excel.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Process legal documentation and sub-consultant appointments, including maintenance and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain insurance validation from third parties.
  • Manage shared mailboxes and calendars.
  • Create, maintain, and control standard documents, ensuring version control.
  • Review and administer regional policies.
  • Schedule and administer IMS inductions, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare for external audits across multiple offices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Team and wider business as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards, with at least 12 months of practical involvement in Quality Management Systems.
  • First-rate communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong self-starter and team player, enthusiastic and collaborative, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Meticulous eye for detail and committed to delivering excellence.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver tasks under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Diligent and discreet, recognising the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity in all situations.
  • Strong decision-making and planning skills, with the ability to filter information and assess priorities to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Power BI, Teams, and PowerPoint.
