I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a leading residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Fit Out Manager for their major residential scheme based in South East London.
You'll be responsible for overseeing a block of 63 RC frame apartments, currently at mix stages of 1st and 2nd fix, through to handover. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors on site, managing the programme, ensuring excellent health and safety standards are met and reporting into the Construction Manager on site. This is a fast paced site, working closely to tight deadlines and programmes. The ideal candidate must have worked for a tier 1 developer/residential main contractor for at least 5 years.
This is a 12 month minimum role and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificate here.
