Field Based Residential Maintenance Engineer.
Territory covered mostly. Inside M25 outside North Circular between A3 & A2.
£48,000. Van provided . Monday to Friday 8am-5pm . Occasional Saturdays.
An experienced multi skilled Trades person is being recruited to join the expanding team with award-winning contractor who bulid high quality homes/ developments throughout London and the South East.
Responsibilities include :
Attend meetings with client prior to developments being handed to the engineer
Visit homes, liaise with residents inspect issues, carry out works specific and related to latent defects
Liaise with senior engineer on all issues detailing the required actions to close the issue, take photographic and video evidence
Supervise contractors and additional engineers attending if required on your site.
Complete sign off sheets,
Update senior engineer with latent defects so all information is logged onto the system.
Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met at all times, and maintaining a professional and friendly manner at all times.
