Are you an experienced Plasterer looking for a rewarding role in social housing We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, delivering high-quality plastering services to occupied properties in Croydon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plastering, ideally within social housing.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent qualification).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work efficiently and professionally in occupied properties.
