A respected construction consultancy in South London is seeking a confident and capable Project Manager to join their team and lead education and commercial projects across Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys varied project work and wants to be part of a forward-thinking, client-focused consultancy with an excellent regional reputation.

The Project Manager will take ownership of projects ranging from 2m to 20m in value, working across both refurbishment and new build schemes. With a strong order book into 2026, this consultancy offers genuine project variety and progression.



The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will deliver schemes through all stages, from early design to final handover. Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading delivery of education and commercial projects for public and private clients

  • Managing project scope, cost, and programme throughout lifecycle

  • Preparing reports, cost plans, and contract documents

  • Administering JCT contracts and overseeing procurement

  • Chairing progress and stakeholder meetings

  • Managing design teams and contractor performance

The Project Manager will have autonomy across a range of schemes while benefiting from senior-level support where required.



The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

  • A degree in Project Management, Construction, or similar

  • Experience working within a consultancy environment

  • Sector experience in education, commercial or public buildings

  • Contract administration knowledge (JCT preferred)

  • Progress toward MRICS or MAPM (or recently chartered)

  • Strong client communication and reporting skills
