Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER / DIRECTOR – Residential Lettings Agency

OTE: £60k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager / Director who is enthusiastic, energetic and interested in developing their career in the Lettings Industry, to join a smart, vibrant and well-known local brand in the Croydon area and run the local Lettings Department.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry, be a superb lister and business builder and understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive, articulate, well-presented and well-spoken and capable of dealing with both town and country properties as well as properties across a broad price spectrum.
You should also have previous experience at a management level and understand about managing and motivating your team.
The Company: Our client is a well-regarded Sales and Lettings Estate Agency based in Croydon.
Skills required for thisLettings Manager / Director(Estate Agency) role will include:
- Experienced in residential Lettings
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge and living close to the Croydon area preferred
- Full Driving License and car owner essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
