Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a stable role with a well-established and reputable property services contractor? The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of refurbishment projects. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects, from tender through to final accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the commercial elements of refurbishment works across housing and public building projects

  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, valuations, and final accounts

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

  • Managing contract administration, variations, and claims

  • Ensuring compliance with company and client standards

About You
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or property services sector

  • Background in social housing, refurbishment, or public sector works is highly desirable

  • Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (ideally JCT)

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a team environment
