This fast-paced business is growing and as a result it’s looking for an exceptional Client Account Director to join its dynamic team.

 

This is a hands-on, client-focused role where you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, while also uncovering and securing new business opportunities. You’ll be the face of the business, ensuring its clients receive best-in-class service and innovative print solutions – all while driving revenue and margin growth.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to deliver outstanding service and unlock organic growth.
  • Identifying and winning new business through networking, prospecting, site visits, and events.
  • Promoting the businesses full suite of print and design services to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded.
  • Providing accurate monthly reports and supporting new account onboarding.
  • Attending relevant exhibitions, industry events, and sales meetings to build your pipeline.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational, diary management, and time-management skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude and an appetite for growth.
  • Proven experience in new business sales and account management – ideally within print and design
  • A creative thinker with solid experience using CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with a passion for generating leads and driving sales through content, conversation, and connections.
