Sales Account Manager

Location: Croydon (CR0) – Office Based (initially for training) or Hybrid/Home
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Account Manager—essentially a junior Business Development Manager—who wants to grow into a full BDM role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in the early stages of their sales career who is enthusiastic, career-driven, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management (B2B preferred)
