Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Geography to lead our dynamic and forward-thinking department from January 2026. As Head of Geography, you will:

• Lead and manage the Geography department, shaping curriculum delivery from KS3 through to A-Level.

• Inspire students through engaging, relevant, and challenging lessons.

• Support and develop a team of committed geography teachers.

• Play a key role in promoting a love for the subject and embedding a culture of high expectations.

• A qualified teacher with QTS and a strong academic background in Geography.

• Proven experience teaching at KS3–KS5, with a track record of excellent outcomes.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff and students alike.
