What You'll Be Doing
路Managing and coordinating all Service Department bookings.
路Ensuring efficient workshop loading while delivering outstanding customer service.
路Identifying and promoting additional work, including service plans and special offers.
路Acting as a key point of contact between customers and the workshop team.

What We're Looking For
路Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership environment.
路Knowledge of Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle, or similar DMS systems.
路A proven ability to upsell products or services.
路A full, valid UK manual driving licence (subject to driver checks).
路A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to deliver excellent service.
