About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our team working on social housing properties in South London / Croydon. This is a mobile role, so you will be provided with a company van to travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of carpentry repairs and maintenance on social housing properties
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high quality
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in a similar role
- Experience in social housing / Domestic
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
