The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Thornton Heath from September 2025. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted support to pupils with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with learning activities, managing behaviour positively, and promoting inclusion and independence. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting children with a range of needs and a strong understanding of how to adapt strategies to suit individual pupils.
