The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils’ EHCPs

  • Assess progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and external professionals
  • Play a key role in promoting emotional regulation, communication, and independence

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS or is on track to gain QTS (ECTs encouraged to apply)
  • Has experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEND (in any capacity)
  • Is patient, creative, and enthusiastic with a team-player attitude
  • Committed to inclusive education and personalised learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
