With a strong reputation for delivering expert surveying and remedial services, the company works across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Damp and Timber Surveyor - Benefits:

Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 (DOE)
28 days holiday including Bank Holidays

Damp and Timber Surveyor - Role Overview:

Carry out damp, timber, and waterproofing surveys across residential and commercial properties
Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate remedial works
Prepare detailed survey reports and specifications
Liaise with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and service delivery
Provide technical advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Travel to sites as required - Kent, South East London & Surrey

Damp and Timber Surveyor - Requirements:

Previous experience in damp and timber surveying (preferred) or a related construction discipline
Relevant qualifications or certifications (desirable; training can be provided)
Strong attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills
Good communication and client-facing abilities
Full UK driving licence
Self-motivated, organised, and keen to develop professionally
