Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and issue quotations
- Build strong relationships with wholesale clients
- Process orders accurately and manage workflow through ERP/CRM systems
- Support external sales with pricing, stock and project information
- Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable options
Experience Required
- Background in internal sales or account management
- Experience within lighting, electrical or B2B wholesale advantageous
- Strong communicator with high attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritise and stay organised under pressure
