A DBS check will also be necessary for this role.

Build Recruitment are working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for an experienced plumber multi trade to join a busy day to day repairs contract covering North and North West London

Day to day:

Plumbing repairs and maintenance
Basic secondary trades repairs
Working from a PDA device
Using a company vehicle

Benefits:

Regular work- 42.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

City and Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing
