Plumber

A great opportunity has arisen for a Plumber to join a Social Housing Contractor on a long term temporary ongoing basis paying 21.40 per hour CIS. This will be covering the Croydon area. The successful Multi Trade Plumber will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Working Hours: 8:00am til 17:00pm Monday Friday

Pay rate is 21.40 per hour CIS.

Multi Trade Plumber Duties:

• Carry out carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, basic carpentry as well as associated within within social housing properties, voids and occupied.

The Successful Multi Trade Plumber will be required to:

• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Hold a relevant trade qualification e.g city&guilds/NVQ
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence
• A company van and fuel card will be supplied
