We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Repairs Supervisor to join a major local council housing contract in Croydon. This is a role where your ability to lead a team, maintain quality, and ensure residents' satisfaction will be key to success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supervising day-to-day responsive repairs and voids across the council housing portfolio.

  • Managing contractor and operative performance to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget, and to the required standard.

  • Conducting quality control inspections and approving works before sign-off.

  • Ensuring strict health & safety compliance on all jobs.

  • Building strong working relationships with council officers, residents, and partner organisations.

  • Tracking budgets, KPIs, and productivity to maintain a high-performance service.

What We're Looking For
