Our client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator based in South London. This highly respected UK leading developer is well known for their passion to build quality homes with extensive modern twists and well planned social spaces to strengthen communities and make a difference to peoples lives.
About the role of a Senior Technical Coordinator
As a Senior Technical Coordinator you will support the team on large-scale residential projects, reporting directly to the Technical Manager in the coordinator and delivery of projects, processing consultant and contractor drawings, ensuing accuracy and compliance.
The requirements for a Senior Technical Coordinator
- A maximum of 1-2 weeks notice
- A background in construction and has experience in a similar role.
- Passion for design and attention to detail,
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
