A leading provider of treatment products for the building services industry is looking for a motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Executive to join their Commercial Sales Team. This is a great opportunity to support continued commercial growth through proactive sales activity.
As a Telephone Sales Executive you can benefit from:
- £13 hourly rate (Equivalent of £16,900 pa)
- Monthly commission (pro-rata £3,000 annually uncapped, based on team targets)
- Annual bonus (pro-rata £3,000 based on team performance uncapped)
- 20 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 5 years)

The role of a Telephone Sales Executive will include:
- Making outbound calls to build and maintain relationships with contractors and merchants
- Following up on appointed projects and negotiating pricing to secure orders
- Managing and updating CRM systems with project and account activity
- Preparing and issuing quotations for projects
- Supporting regional team sales targets and collaborating across regions when needed
- Contributing to a high-performing, values-driven sales culture
The ideal Telephone Sales Executive should have the following skills and experience:
- Passion for sales and achieving targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Previous B2B or telesales experience (preferred)
