Acorn by Synergie is recruiting motivated and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team based in the Cullompton area. Own transport is required due to the location.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 7am - 3:30pm.
- Friday: 7am - 2:30pm.
Pay Rates:
- Basic Rate: 12.22 per hour.
- Overtime Rate: 18.33 per hour.
- Sunday Rate: 24.44 per hour.
Key Duties:
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of truss packs.
- Perform regular quality checks during production to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or timber-based environment is beneficial but not essential.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of health and safety practices.
- Adaptability with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
